Jasmine Wigfall is a Perinatal Systems Navigator, high-risk full spectrum doula, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, placenta encapsulation specialist, herbalist, and tea company owner dedicated to improving maternal health outcomes through education, advocacy, and holistic care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia State University and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University.
Her passion for birth work began after witnessing her sister’s challenging birth experience, where she observed gaps in advocacy and patient-centered care. That experience shaped her commitment to ensuring families, particularly women of color, feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
As a doula, Jasmine focuses on helping families understand the birth process, reduce fear through education, and build confidence in their ability to make informed decisions. She is especially passionate about teaching partners how to actively support the birthing person and creating environments where families feel safe, respected, and supported.
In addition to her clinical support services, Jasmine is also a trained herbalist who integrates holistic wellness practices into her work. Through herbal education and natural wellness approaches, she helps clients support their physical and emotional well-being during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Jasmine’s work is grounded in advocacy, culturally responsive care, and community empowerment. Through her combined expertise in perinatal support, breastfeeding education, and holistic wellness, she strives to create nurturing spaces where families can experience birth as a supported and transformative life event.
