Expectant parent(s) can enter the hospital through the dedicated Women’s Pavilion & Birthplace. Entrance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Drive-up access makes the entrance quick and convenient. Family members can park in the hospital’s Visitor Parking Lot, free of charge.

Labor & Delivery is located in the Women’s Pavilion & Birthplace

Located on the ground floor of Cary Hospital, Points West Café offers full-service, home-style meals, featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner options seven days a week.

The café features grill, entrée and gourmet pizza stations, fresh salad and soup bar, dessert parfaits and a wide range of express meals. For breakfast, Monday through Friday, diners may enjoy made-to-order farm fresh omelets, pancakes and french toast.

In addition to the grill, salad bar and entrée stations, the café showcases a "Chef's Special" each day.

Placenta Removal- You are permitted to take your placenta home but it must be removed immediately and you will have to provide your own container.
Typical Discharge-
24 hours after a normal vaginal delivery with no complications.
72 hours after a cesarean birth
