Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Yoga Instructor

For the past five years, I have had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into postpartum life. As a birth and postpartum doula, prenatal yoga instructor, and nursing student, my greatest passion is caring for women and families through some of life’s most meaningful moments.

I have supported more than 50 births, including home and hospital births, inductions, cesarean births, successful VBACs and TOLACs, twins and multiples, and high-risk pregnancies. My philosophy is simple: there is no single “right” way to give birth. Whether your journey includes an unmedicated home birth, an epidural, an induction, a cesarean, or an unexpected change of plans, my role is to help you feel informed, confident, comfortable, heard, and supported.

I believe the knowledge I bring belongs to the families I serve. I am here to educate you about your options, provide physical and emotional comfort, and support you in making the decisions that feel right for your family.

That same philosophy guides my postpartum work. I provide daytime and overnight postpartum support, lactation and feeding guidance, newborn care, recovery support, and parent education on topics ranging from babywearing to infant CPR. One of my favorite parts of this work is watching parents move from asking, “Am I doing this right?” to confidently trusting themselves and understanding their baby.

My love for this work extends far beyond a profession. I feel deeply called to supporting women and helping improve maternal health outcomes through compassionate care, education, and advocacy. To me, there is something incredibly beautiful about birth and something profoundly powerful about motherhood and family.

Caring for others has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember. Before finding my home in birth work, I spent years babysitting and working as a travel nanny. Outside of supporting families, you can usually find me curled up with a good book or spending time with my senior pit bull, who has been by my side since I was 14.

It is an honor to be invited into a family’s story, and I never take that trust lightly. My hope is that every family I support feels more knowledgeable, more confident, and deeply cared for.
