Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula

I am a certified Full-Spectrum Doula specializing in fertility, reproductive health, birth, and postpartum support. I received my training and certification through Doula Trainings International.

I am passionate about helping clients understand their options, protect their bodily autonomy, and confidently exercise their rights throughout their reproductive journeys. My work is rooted in reproductive justice, informed consent, evidence-based education, and respectful, individualized care.

I am particularly committed to helping reduce traumatic birth experiences and addressing the significant disparities in maternal and infant health outcomes that affect Black families and other families of color. Through education, compassionate support, and empowerment, I hope to contribute to safer and more respectful fertility, birth, and postpartum experiences.

My journey toward becoming a doula began after years of supporting friends and family members during pregnancy and the postpartum period. As I learned more about maternal mortality rates and listened to the difficult birth experiences of people closest to me, I felt called to become part of the change families urgently deserve.

My goal is to build a sincere and trusting relationship with every client. I take the time to understand where each person is in their journey, where they already feel confident, where they may need additional support, and what matters most to them. This allows me to provide care that reflects each client’s values, preferences, identity, and desired experience.

As a full-spectrum doula, I offer emotional, physical, informational, and spiritual support while serving as a steady resource throughout fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I help clients prepare questions, understand available options, communicate their preferences, and remain connected to the power of their own voices.

I believe the journey into parenthood is beautiful, sacred, and deeply personal. Every individual and family deserves to move through it with care, dignity, sensitivity, and respect.

I was born and raised in Maryland and currently live in Prince George’s County. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bowie State University.

Outside of doula work, I enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, spending time outdoors with my dog, practicing yoga, cooking, and being with family and friends. I am also a competitive sports fan—especially when it comes to football—and I am always ready for a fun game night.
