I have always been passionate about the full spectrum of women’s health (preconception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum wellness)…

In my past life, I spent four years in Paris, France working alongside an Obstetrician/Gynecologist who was an advocate for natural births and fell even more in LOVE with the field. I also worked closely with several Pediatricians performing clinical research on identifying factors in the first year of life leading to early onset childhood obesity while pursuing my Master of Public Health degree. My experiences in Paris, along with stateside opportunities to coach and support friends through their pregnancies, led me to pursue a more active role in birthwork.

I am a very active listener and take pride in developing close relationships with families, learning their unique preferences so that ultimately I can provide compassionate, honest and judgement free support to best serve their needs before, during and after birth. As a natural educator, I love passing on knowledge to support awareness, confidence and empowerment! One of my favorite parts of birthwork is the fourth trimester; supporting new parents and seasoned parents alike navigating the changes and decisions that come with adding a new member to the family!
For me, birthwork is such a great honor, I am so grateful for each and every birthday I have witnessed and never lose sight of the immense trust families place in allowing me to accompany them in their special birth experience.

Some of my Interests:
Lover of spicy foods, strong expresso and Bordeaux. When not working with new and expectant families I can be found in the kitchen whipping up delicious meals with my other half James, dreaming up my next travel itinerary, on a yoga mat or catching up on anything related to prenatal and postnatal health and wellness.
